JOB TITLE: CARPENTER

Darrell Warren Builders Inc. is currently hiring for an experienced Carpenter to join our team. We specialize in new construction single-family homes and remodeling projects. We are open to training motivated individuals who are eager to learn.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Read blueprints 

• Cut and shape wood 

• Work with other subcontractors 

• Help install structural pieces 

• Inspect and repair damaged work 

• Use woodworking tools

• Leave worksite in tidy condition

• Arrive to job site on time

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

• Familiarity with safety protocols 

• Knowledge of building materials 

• Excellent fine motor skills 

• Willingness to work on lengthy jobs 

• Ability to stand for long periods and to lift heavy objects 

• Ability to use hand tools, machines or power saws safely 

• Must have own hand tools & pouch (hammer, tape measure, rafter square and pouch)
